I’m J.Ratima, also know as Xie Ran Jay. I’m an artist, feminine photographer and graphic designer bases in Bangkok, Thailand.
I make a living from traveling and also finding inspiration from natural. The geographical myths, local history, physiognomy and landscape are energize by themself. I often create art piece after holiday trip. The story, shape, form, texture and scent from vacation time has made great impact to my creation.
Art to me is this special, magical language. It’s a universal language, something that everybody understands all over the world, no matter where you come from or what you speak, you always understand what it means and how it makes you feel. Even if it makes you feel differently from someone else, it always connects with you in some way.
